The Salte electrolytes has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean hydration and steady energy without sugar crashes. My favourite flavour is the lemon version. I started taking them during my morning workouts and I have noticed us huge improvement in my energy levels and recovery. I will stick to this from now on and don’t think of changing it anytime soon.

It's second time I have ordered the unflavoured version .It's the Best I have found after long search of good electrolytes. No added sugar !!!!And with high amount of potassium compared with most electrolytes on the market.
My own way is to make fresh ginger juice and then adding the pack of electrolytes and water.Thankyou for the great quality!

The orange flavour is my all time favorite, I find now I struggle to even drink plain water after using Salte sachets for the last 6 months over summer. It also promotes me to drink a lot more fluid than I normally would so I always feel hydrated throughout the day. Highly recommended
